Fanfare-Verte is a consulting firm specializing in structuring REDD+ and ARR projects in the DRC and Congo basin. Our goal is to ensure project developers have access to sustainable financing and experienced technical teams to get their projects through VCS and CCB validation and verification. We support carbon offset projects with high measurable environmental, social and biodiversity impacts.

Frederic Jacquemont
Founder CEO
Frederic Jacquemont is a senior specialist on REDD+ and forestry projects and programs design and implementation in Africa. He has initiated the first VCS REDD+ project in the Mai Ndombe province in DRC, and later developed REDD+ jurisdictional programs for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire and Lao. Frederic has been working together with governments of DRC and Lao to develop legal instruments to implement REDD+ nationally in these countries. In addition, he has moreover 19 years’ experience in Climate Change international policies, UNFCCC process and negotiations, legislation, and strategies, 10 years of proven management experience including company and staff, and of programme/projects’ teams in a multi-disciplinary environment, and 12 years knowledge of donor programme/project management practices and modalities.

C - Suite Executive specializing in REDD+ and ARR project development with expert experience in jurisdictional approaches and understanding of land based policy frameworks in a dynamic business environment. Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders including methodology and technical developers, validation and verification bodies, indigenous community members, investor relations and on the ground implementation of REDD+ and ARR project activities to mitigate deforestation, jurisdictional emission management programs and in-country staff.
Sabrina Antonio
VP Operations
Sabrina has been involved in community conservation for over fifteen years. As Executive/Associate Director of Lewa Wildlife Conservancy her focus was on developing sustainable financing for operations. She developed and managed partnerships and grants for wildlife conservation programs and community development programs in education, health and women’s livelihoods. She has worked on REDD+ at Wildlife Works and Code REDD and with DRC project developers providing project administration for project validation and verification.
